Hala offers a 14 day trial rather than a permanent free plan. The trial includes the full setup experience: create your clinic, add your knowledge, connect your calendar, and take real test conversations, so you can judge Hala on your own clinic, not a demo.

Your clinic subscribes to continue accepting bookings through Hala. If the trial ends without an active subscription, booking functionality pauses. Your clinic knowledge and settings are kept for a reasonable period so you can pick up where you left off when you subscribe.

Yes. You can move between plans from Clinic settings, subject to the billing and subscription terms. Upgrades take effect promptly; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

Voice conversations are available on Plus and Premium.

Premium clinics can appear in Night Desk, Hala's after hours discovery experience, where patients can find participating clinics and start a conversation even after reception has closed.
