What Night Desk does
Through Night Desk, patients can discover participating clinics and view clinic information, explore available services, ask questions in Gulf Arabic or English, check availability and request or book open appointments, and open the clinic's full Hala Desk.
Why it matters
A patient searching for an appointment at 10:47 PM should not have to wait until 8:00 AM just to start the conversation. By morning, the moment has often passed, or another clinic has answered first. Night Desk keeps your digital front desk present at the exact moment the patient decides to act.
An honest distinction
Night Desk never implies your clinic is physically open. Patients always see two clear states: Clinic closed (the physical reception is not staffed right now) and Hala available (the digital front desk is awake, answering, and booking from the real calendar). Bookings made overnight land in your calendar like any other appointment, waiting for your team in the morning.
Night Desk participation is included with the Premium plan and can be switched on from Clinic settings.
The directory currently shows demo clinics, not live participants.
